Main Street Baptist Church is an independent, King James Bible congregation in the heart of Stockton, Kansas. We are a family of believers — weathered and welcoming — gathered around the unchanging Word of God and the grace that changes lives.

We sing the Christ honoring music, study the Scriptures verse by verse, and look after one another the way neighbors do. Whether you have walked with Christ for decades or are simply searching, we have a seat saved for you.

We are an independent, fundamental Baptist church standing on the truth of Scripture in a small Kansas town. We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and preserved Word of God — and that it is sufficient for every question of faith and life. We preach it verse by verse, trusting the Spirit of God to do what only He can do.

We believe in one God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — and that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. He died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day according to the Scriptures. We look for His return with hope.

We believe the church is not a building but a family — gathered for worship, grounded in truth, and given to one another in love. We observe believer's baptism and the Lord's Supper, and we carry the gospel to our neighbors on the high plains and to the ends of the earth.
